Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
- Orders are shipped via U.P.S. or Federal Express.
- All non-perishable orders should be received within 6 - 8 business days from date of order.
- Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional $15.00 per address.
- Bakery items requiring 2nd Day Air will need 2 - 3 day processing time before being shipped.
- Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please contact us at 1-800-PRESERV(E) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST for pricing on orders to be shipped via Next Day Air or to foreign addresses, including Canada.
- Items ordered together may be shipped separately.
- Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
- We will not be responsible for spoilage of perishable items if recipient is not available to receive the package(s).
- We reserve the right to substitute flavors if they are not available for immediate shipment
